Clearline Glass Co is a glass and window contractor serving the Jackson, MS metro and Central Mississippi. We provide multi-family and commercial glass and window replacement, custom shower enclosures, residential window replacement, and auto glass services based on requests submitted through our website or other communication channels.
2. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payments
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Pricing, scheduling, scope of work, and payment terms for any job are set in a written quote or agreement, not on this website.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Program Description
Clearline Glass Co operates an SMS messaging program ("Clearline Glass Co SMS") to communicate with people who contact us about our services. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Clearline Glass Co. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Our SMS program includes:
- Informational/transactional (customer care) messages: replies to your inquiry, quotes, site visit and installation scheduling and appointment reminders, and job status updates.
- Marketing messages: occasional promotional offers and service announcements, sent only to people who have separately and explicitly opted in to marketing messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us. Customer care messages are sent as needed around your request and appointments. Marketing messages are sent periodically. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (601) 864-1775 or reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Clearline Glass Co is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier or network.
5. No Sharing of SMS Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Email Communications
We may send emails related to your inquiry or services, including confirmations, updates, and follow-ups. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
7. Age Restriction
